Basically we can`t remove or change the footer credit from free blogger or word-press theme or templates but , i will provide trick to change it on own credit  . follow this steps carefully.
Remove Theme credit and put own copyright credit in blogger footer description 

Steps to Replace footer credit 

• Log in in to Blogger and go to Theme Section

• On theme section click on Edit HTML Section.

• Copy Your Footer credit like as "All Right Reserved " or ( Put Your Theme footer Name )

• Click on HTML Code Blank Area And   Press on keyboard (Ctrl + F )  and  Search  " All Right Reserved " or ( Put Your Theme footer Name )

• After This code  " < Div class='row'> " put twice or four time Space and after credit put twice or four time Space . (It is only for mark and remember your code)

• Copy (Ctrl +C) following code from here

And Click Save Theme , Now open your Blogger URL

Now Enjoy .... Your Footer Credit Successfully Change into Your Own Credit.
